 Jetton Cove is a community located on 119 acres adjacent to Lake Norman in the town of Cornelius, North Carolina. Consisting of single family and town homes the neighborhood was designed pedestrian and bicycle friendly. Adjacent is Jetton Village, a shopping center with a large 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, various shops and services convenient for residents in our community.

Jetton Cove residents enjoy the use of a community pool with a view of Lake Norman. Tree and pond lined paths connect all areas of the neighborhood and Jetton Village. The neighborhood was developed in the late 1990's.

Most important is the character of the Jetton Cove community. It is a neighborhood that lends itself to an active community lifestyle and informal social interaction for families and residents of all ages.

Within a five minute walk from Jetton Cove is Jetton Park, one of Mecklenburg County's most pristine public parks with its walking trails, sunning beach, tennis courts, mountain bike park, and picnic areas, all located adjacent to Lake Norman. Boaters have ample boat dockage venues nearby from which to launch watercraft of all sizes. A half a mile down the road from Jetton Cove is The Peninsula Club and Peninsula Yacht Club.

Jetton Cove is an easy commute south on Interstate 77 to Charlotte's downtown, and a short dive to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.3F, North Carolina association members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with their association; however, the association may decline mediation. Any costs of mediation shall be shared equally by the parties.
