Jetton Cove 2022 Violation Process
· Friendly Warning Letter- letting homeowner know that a violation was noticed.
· 1st Warning Letter and 2nd Warning Letters - these letters give a time frame for remedy
· Invitation to Hearing Letter – Invitation to speak with the Board about compliance action plan
· Results of the Hearing – Lack of attendance to hearing will result in fine implementation
· Fine Notification Letter – Issued after every inspection until compliance is met (fines can be up to $100 per day/occurrence)
